Shipping & Pickup Policy

Customers choosing local pickup must provide a valid order confirmation and a photo ID for verification.
Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance before collecting your order.
If you are arranging your own courier service for collection, kindly provide us with the courier company details in advance.

We ship orders Monday to Friday.
Courier services are not available on Saturdays and Sundays so any orders placed after Friday dispatch will only be processed the following Monday.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
All packages are shipped securely through The Courier Guy.
